Lead by a renowned saint, Swami Mukundananda, these sessions include multiple techniques to help achieve complete physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual health, leading to true Yoga, or Union with the Supreme. The Programs will be focused on spiritual aspects of Yogic Wisdom, i.e. Spirituality, Divine Knowledge and Devotion, to purify the mind and consciousness.
