The 3-week workshop uses a robust methodology and easy-to-use worksheet that frees the entrepreneur of the fear and terror of writing a practical business plan. 

Gone are the confusing business plan terminology and scary blank pages.  We use concrete and understandable words and provide software with templates to help participants solidify ideas and simplify their business model.

Participants will learn how to create a one-page business plan that creates alignment, accountability, and metrics.  The result will be a business plan that helps participants succeed and remain focused on obtaining the desired business goals.
