Steve Allen, a strategic senior financial executive with more than 25 years of experience, will talk about the charcteristics, success, and best practices of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), as well as the key drivers behind them.  The presentation is open to all interested parties.  No RSVP is necessary.  Bring your lunch, if so desired.

Mr. Allen will use a variety of international and domestic U.S. examples and will cover the use of tools in various markets and countries.  While focusing on the use of PPPs in social, transportation, and energy infrastructure, PPPs have applications well beyond physical infrastructure in the corporate, government, and non-profit sectors (i.e., delivery of services -- technology, marketing/communication, healthcare).
