The Office of the University President, the UGA at Oxford Program, and the School of Public and International Affairs are pleased to announce a special visit and lecture by Sir Ivor Roberts, KCMG, President of Trinity College, Oxford University. Sir Ivor will deliver a lecture entitled "The Birth of Modern Diplomacy".
