In an age when anyone with a smartphone can become a video producer, online publishers are all clamoring to create viral content. But truthfully, it's hard to know just what will strike a chord on the Web.
While many of our longer interviews with inbound diplomats and business leaders provide deep insight into certain countries and industries, it's generality the shorter, snappier clips that take off.
Two years ago, it was a two-minute clip with Sony-Ericsson's CEO that garnered tens of thousands of views. In 2011, Delta's 70th anniversary celebration drew the most eyes. In 2012, airline-industry news gained three of the top 10 slots, but they were all edged out by Kenya's prime minister, who visited Atlanta in April.
