Genuine Parts Company Names Loudermilk to Board
Robert C. "Robin" Loudermilk Jr., president and CEO of Atlanta-based Aaron Rents Inc., has been named to the Genuine Parts Co. board of directors.
Genuine Parts, also based in Atlanta, distributes automotive and industrial replacement parts throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico, posting 2009 revenues of $10.1 billion, the company said in a news release.
The company's board declared a quarterly cash dividend of 41 cents per share on Aug. 16.
