Atlanta law firm King & Spalding LLP is opening an office in Singapore that will focus on international arbitration and energy.

Philip Weems, formerly managing partner of the law firm's offices in the Middle East, will head the Singapore office. He will be joined by Daniel Rogers, who most recently headed the Asia disputes practice for law firm Shearman & Sterling LLP.

King & Spalding also has international offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Frankfurt, Germany; Geneva, London and Paris.
