Liberia's honorary consulate in Georgia has launched a Web site that includes tips on how to apply for a visa, links to information on a 2010 trade mission and a list of resources on the West African nation.

Also featured is a list of the key initiatives of Cynthia Nash, the honorary consul appointed in a commissioning ceremony last August.

Ms. Nash, CEO of Atlanta-based trade and non-profit consultancy Global Strategies for Good LLC, seeks to build a consortium of local universities to pool academic resources focused on the study of Liberia. She also is developing a program for college students to spend a semester conducting research in Atlanta for the Liberian government's poverty reduction efforts.
