The Athlete's Foot Opens First African Store in Botswana

Atlanta-based NexCen Franchise Management Inc. has opened the first TAF footwear franchise in Gaborone, Botswana’s capital and largest city.
The store is the first in Africa for TAF, formerly called The Athlete’s Foot.
NexCen signed an agreement in October with TAF that allows the company to open three TAF stores in Botswana and Namibia over the next 10 years.
NexCen Franchise Management is a subsidiary of NexCen Brands Inc., which is based in New York.
